Bear Trap

Want to ask what is that bear trap when it comes to investment. They say it was the reason why BTC price went down. I mean, how do you do it and what is the purpose behind it? Thanks alot. BTW, I cannot redeem for Satoshis. It says service temporarily unavailable. I’ve been here, and having a good time, for more than a month for sure. Does anyone know what’s going on and if that feature is stilk available?
