block-chain solution for paying on a freelancer site

I’m looking for a solution, WordPress plugin ideally, that could be used on a WordPress site for freelancers.  I would like members to be able to ‘trade’ their skills, and pay each other in digital currency, not just regular $$.  The site is meant to allow entrepreneurs to trade skills (coding for digital marketing for example) and draw on the expertise of the community without having to pay alot of cash $$ to build their companies.  If anyone knows of a solution that could be used on a wordpress platform, that would be amazing.
