Is it possible to spend the unused outputs on btc and or other cryptos?

Yes. The unused outputs are basically the change you get back from a transaction you made. Suppose you received $10 and $5 from someone, and then you had to send $12, your leftover unspent output of $3 will be available in your wallet for use!
