I am 35 and i have 12 years of IT application support. Can change my career to blockchain? If I can what is the path I must follow?

Learn blockchain development here and on youtube. Read a book or two the more the better, hack some project of your own, then start joining hackathons to know people ask on every hackathon if they are taking people in for interviews.
