How if the nonce calculated?
Regarding the POW protocol in Bitcoin mining, the difficulty level is regulated by stipulating a certain threshold called a Target. Does This threshold defines the range within which the nonce should fall or the hash of the block (which includes the nonce)?

The calculation of nonce is through trial-and-error that miners do by attempting to guess what the value could be. The value of target is dynamically calculated, you can check its calculations here:
