Integrity of coinbase

Why use coinbase if you can use individual wallets and different encrypted emails with different names and passwords to trade individual cryptos to keep all your activity safe from hackers so no one knows who you are or what you are trading…I do not like visibility of trades…you may need 2 or 3 different wallets just to trade bitcoin so no one tracks your activity.
