Private Blockchain

Hello i am a Phd Student that is interested in working in Blockchain. I want to develop Blockchain networks for my research. I want the users to send the transactions signed by a group signature instead of the private key of each user. can this be implemented on the hyperledger fabric. or it is easier to implement on ethereum. or is there any platform that i can use.
