Redeemed block missing

I redeemed one of promotion Limited digital edition collectible “Absolute Start” but my blocks were charged and I am not sure if I received the order. Where I can find it and verify if my redeem was completed? I asked the help support but it takes sooooo long for them to respond and it seems there were not supports at all?
